About Amador Valley Industries
Amador Valley Industries (AVI) is Dublin’s franchised garbage and recycling collection service provider.
Our History
AVI has been providing collection services for Dublin residents and businesses since 2005 (our founders have served the Tri-Valley area since 1969). Waste Connections purchased AVI in 2024 and strives to continue AVI's mission to provide our customers with safe, reliable, and sustainable collection of landfill, recyclable, and compostable materials.
We offer the advantages of a larger hauler while still providing the feel of a personalized, customer-friendly business.
And we’ve done so while maintaining some of the lowest garbage collection rates in Alameda County.
Our Partnerships
AVI is proud of the unique partnership we have developed with the City over the years, and the high quality of service we have been able to provide residents and businesses as a result.
But our commitment to Dublin extends beyond just providing collection services; AVI is an active member of the community.
We support a variety of local organizations, including our schools, and serve as a member of Dublin Partners in Education (DPIE).
